Returns & Exchanges

Please carefully review the following guidelines for our return policy: 


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. 
  • Proof of purchase is required.


Non-Return Items

  • Personal care items (e.g. gel nail polishes)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance. 
  • Gift cards


Damages, Defects, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@slbeautyco.com.
  2. Provide a video/image demonstration.
  3. An exchange or replacement will be issued at our discretion.

 

⚠️ Please note:

  • Improper application or removal of product due to not following provided instructions does not qualify as a defect.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences, lighting, and device settings. These variations are not considered defects.


Return Fees

  • A $15 USD return fee (or equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Unclaimed packages due to invalid address or absence will also incur the return fee.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to items that have been opened or used.


How To Return / Request a Return

Submitting a self-serve return request will be effective Jan 20, 2025. For assistance with orders placed before this date, email us at hello@slbeautyco.com.

1. Log in to your account or go to Return Request

  1. Enter your email
  2. Check your email for a six-digit verification code.
  3. Enter the verification code to log in.


2. Submit Your Request

  • Once logged in, click "Request return" next to the order you wish to return.
  • If your order contain multiple items, select the specific item(s) for return.
  • Choose a return reason and include any additional notes.


3. Receive Confirmation

  • After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirming the status of your return.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label.


4. Return Processing

  • Approved returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
